What glows there is the colour red. Wide streaks of warm red flow from the upper left corner into the lower area of the picture and fill the entire border. Cold and warm blue tones surround and partly overlay the red, as if they wanted to extinguish the glow. But the dark, cold-looking blue, makes the red glow.
